Cancellation Policy

Please contact immediately if you would like to cancel your order. The processing time can vary due to whether the item is already in stock or needs to be made. At times, some orders can be sent out soon after order confirmation to keep up with orders. 

• If a customer cancels an order before dispatch - a refund will be issued with no further steps required
• If a customer cancels at a time after the point of dispatch (not receipt) this would then fall under our RETURNS POLICY
