Earrings
Earrings have a special policy. PLEASE TAKE NOTE - if the package has been opened with the seal broken, removed or tampered with we SHALL NOT accept returns. You will be able to inspect the items through a see through envelope before accepting. The safety of all customers is paramount so we will not accept broken sealed packages for hygiene reasons.
Returns and exchanges within 14 days, only if the sealed package is completely unopened.
Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Please refer to Earrings section above for specific return details on these.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the item is faulty please contact and we can discuss.
Non-returnable Items
The following can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items; unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
- Custom - made items or personalised orders.
- Gift vouchers - physical or e-gift vouchers
Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. [Or of the last goods if multiple parcels sent from one order]
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us at Incorknito Designs, 5 Woodfield Lane, Stowmarket, IP14 1BN incorknitodesigns@gmail.com of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (Preferred contact is through email at incorknitodesigns@gmail.com to ensure swift response). You may use the attached model cancellation form, below but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than any of the following:
(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied
(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods
(c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back
You shall send back the goods to Incorknito Designs, 5 Woodfield Lane, Stowmarket, IP14 1BN, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

Conditions of Return
If a return is accepted, buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value and a refund may not be given. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
