What metal are used in your fastenings and are they safe for sensitive earrings?

YES. All our earrings are made using hypoallergenic surgical stainless steel - lead and nickel free.

Why do you use cork? 

Find out more here about cork and the properties it holds. All our cork earrings have gold flecks running through the front - creating a lovely glimmer in light!

How long is delivery?

Please take into account that delivery estimates do not include processing/making times. Each piece is handmade so this does take time. We try to hold a number of styles in stock, however, at busy times with markets, we may become out of stock of some items that still appear on the website. We endeavour to have items made and posted out within 7 days. But do allow an additional 2-5 days for Royal Mail to deliver, depending on postage option chosen. If you have any concerns regarding an order do not hesitate to contact me. 

Do you do custom orders?

YES! We would love to hear from you if you have a particular design in mind. I am always broadening the range, but I'm more than happy to make an extra special pair. Most designs are possible but please get in touch via my ‘Contact’ page if you would like to enquire about a custom order. I am always more than happy to help you. Prices are dependent on scale of detail and there will be an additional fee as custom orders are more time consuming. 

Do you do gift cards?

YES! We do offer e-gift cards. Please follow the link to shop for a variety of prices. 

Do you include care instructions with your jewellery?

YES! Each order is sent with a small card outlining care instructions for your new jewellery. Please read the care information carefully. 

Please hold the earrings post carefully when removing the earrings from the backing card. These are handmade products which are delicate.

Avoid getting wet - do not shower, bathe or swim with your earrings on. Remove before sleeping

Avoid contact with perfumes, hairspray, moisturiser and oil-based substances.

If required, clean with a dry cloth/lightly brush with a baby wipe - DO NOT SCRUB - this will remove the sealant and possibly colour. 

Please store your earrings somewhere safe, where the earring posts and backs can’t get damaged. Ideally, on an earring stand, in a jewellery box or lying flat. Please do not put pressure on your earrings.
