All our earrings use hypoallergenic surgical stainless steel fastenings that are lead and nickel free, making them a great choice for sensitive ears. However, if your ears are newly pierced we'd always recommend checking with your piercer before wearing any new jewellery.

We offer a range of sizes to suit all — from mini studs and small hoops through to large statement hook dangles and oversized hoops. Each product listing includes the dimensions so you know exactly what to expect.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. If you selected a tracked Royal Mail service at checkout, your tracking number will be included. If you have any concerns about your order, please don't hesitate to get in touch via our Contact page.

As each piece is handmade, we begin work on orders promptly. If you need to make a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible via our Contact page and we will do our best to help, though we cannot guarantee changes once making has begun.

Yes! We would love to hear from you if you have a particular design in mind. Most designs are possible and I am always more than happy to make an extra special pair. Simply get in touch via our Contact page with your idea and I'll get back to you to discuss the design, timescales and pricing. Please note that prices are dependent on the scale of detail and a deposit may be required before work begins.

We currently ship within the UK using Royal Mail. Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping at this time, but please check back as this may change in the future!

Yes! All our earrings are made using hypoallergenic surgical stainless steel — lead and nickel free.

Each order is sent with a small card outlining care instructions for your new jewellery:

Please hold the earrings post carefully when removing the earrings from the backing card.

Avoid getting wet — do not shower, bathe or swim with your earrings on.

Remove before sleeping.

Avoid contact with perfumes, hairspray, moisturiser and oil-based substances. If required, clean with a dry cloth or lightly brush with a baby wipe — do not scrub as this will remove the sealant and possibly colour.

Please store your earrings somewhere safe where the earring posts and backs cannot get damaged.

Please take into account that delivery estimates do not include processing/making times. Each piece is handmade so this does take time. We try to hold a number of styles in stock, however, at busy times with markets, we may become out of stock of some items that still appear on the website. We endeavour to have items made and posted out within 7 days. Please allow an additional 2–5 days for Royal Mail to deliver, depending on postage option chosen. If you have any concerns regarding an order do not hesitate to contact me.
