Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING AND DISPATCH

Each piece is handmade so this does take time. We try to hold a number of styles in stock, however, at busy times with markets, we may become out of stock of some items that still appear on the website. We endeavour to have items made and posted out within 7 days.

SHIPPING

Do allow an additional 2-5 days for Royal Mail to deliver depending on postage option chosen. If you have any concerns regarding an order do not hesitate to contact me. We do not ship outside of the United Kingdom at this time.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at incorknitodesigns@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We would aim to address these on a case-by-case basis and try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

WRONG POSTAL ADDRESS SUPPLIED

If the shipping address you have entered is incorrect then you must let me know before the order has been dispatched. If you do not inform me of this before dispatch then I am not responsible for replacing or refunding items that have been sent to the wrong address.
